Stay With Us

Sprout Creek Farm is located in LaGrange in beautiful Dutchess County, New York. We are pleased to offer an invitation to the Cottage, a sweet little get away for those needing a different perspective on their busy and stressful urban (and suburban) lives.

Looking for something to make your stay really memorable? How about a Farm to Table lunch or dinner with a complimentary bottle of wine and a prepared SCF cheese plate? Our chef, Mark Fredette will prepare a special menu for you. Lunch and dinner menus and fees will vary according to numbers of guests and seasonality of food. Please make your reservation for lunch or dinner one week prior to arrival and alert us to any dietary restrictions.

When you inquire, please understand there are times when this option is not available, in which case we will recommend several very fine restaurants in the area for your dining pleasure.

Now available is our three bedroom Cottage with complete kitchen, dining room, and living room, den with a working fireplace, and lovely garden just outside. One option and a certain antidote for a busy life is to take time to delight in some unstructured time, to sit by the fire or in the garden, take a walk along the creek or in the woods, and enjoy the farm.

  • Weekend rental – Friday noon until Sunday noon – $575. plus tax

  • You can enroll your children age 6 to 11 in our summer day programs for the week while staying in the Cottage. (See Program page and enrollment information and fees.) While they’re safely at camp, you’re free to gallivant around the Hudson Valley. Ask for enrollment availability when you make your reservation.

First stop by the Sprout Creek Farm market if you arrive between noon and 5PM where you will find cheese, charcuterie and smoked meats and fish, olives, jams, honey and maple syrup, SCF fresh eggs and pasture raised meats, pasta, fresh breads, chocolates, granola, produce in season, and other sundries. For additional items, Adam’s Fairacre Farms is an excellent grocery that has everything you could possibly need. Hannaford’s is also nearby.
