New York City and
cheese enthusiast Matthew Scott with a slew of fromage fans for a
day of cheesemaking in the autumn of the Hudson Valley. For $75,
fieldtrippers will have the chance to taste Sprout Creek Farm's fantastic
cheeses and learn how they're made, see the animals, and explore
the beautiful grounds. Proceeds will go towards Sprout Creek's numerous

New Labyrinth Symbolizes Spiritual Path
The Staff of Sprout Creek Farm and the all-female staff of the organic landscaping company Organic Matters created the only known labyrinth in Dutchess County, N.Y. on Nov. 9. Other local labyrinths are across the Hudson River to the west and north, as well as in Union Square, New York City in the center of the Green Market.
