Freshly cut cheese ripened to perfection is a fragile product and once delivery has been made it must be refrigerated. Store cut cheese wrapped in its original packaging.  Once opened, rewrap in a layer of wax paper and aluminum foil.

Uncut aged cheeses have a shelf life of approximately two months. Cut aged cheeses have a shelf life of approximately two weeks or more. Mold is a natural process of aging.  If mold develops on the surface of the cheese, cut it away and enjoy what is beneath. 

Prices are subject to change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

We recommend choosing a shipping method that will ensure arrival within three days at the maximum. 

Please be aware that we will ship your cheese as soon as possible after receiving your order.  However, we only ship cheese on days when a weekend stay in the UPS warehouse is sure to be avoided.  For example, if you place your order on Friday, we will not ship until the following week.  Please call us for specific details.  Please visit the UPS Web site to view the travel time to your address.

We ship packages using biodegradeable materials. Reuse it or just place it in water to get rid of it.  

Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality and condition of our cheeses. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt if we have failed to please and we will do our best to correct the situation.  If there is a problem with your order, we are committed to your complete satisfaction.
