Sprout Creek Farm Market is situated in the Creamery building between the Dairy Barn and Cafe. Its spacious porch offers visitors a place to sit and breathe the fresh farm air while enjoying some cheese or an ice cream treat. Visitors can purchase our cheeses, seasonal vegetables, tee shirts and select Hudson Valley products, or watch as cheese is put into molds and rolled into the ripening room.

We're working hard to offer the community a local source of healthy foods. All the proceeds support our education programs and responsible farming practices.
