Here's your chance to give a truly unusual gift that only a cheese lover would love.  For $60 dollars you can purchase a gift certificate for the cheese lover in your life.  Our intensive cheese making workshop includes the ‘cheese maker’s tour’ of the farm and a cheese tasting of up to 10 different cheeses made here.  

Your signed gift certificate will be mailed to you upon payment.  All forms of payment including Credit (debit) cards are accepted.  Workshops are offered on Saturdays only from 8AM to 1PM.  Number of participants per Saturday is limited to 5.  Adults only.

Out of town?  No problem.  We have a cottage rental for out-of–towners.  Reservations for the Cottage at Sprout Creek can be made at the same time as your reservation for the cheese making workshop using the same phone number 845-485-9885.  Keep in mind that availability is limited.
