Driving Directions
FROM POINTS SOUTH:
- New York State
Thruway (I-87) North to Exit 17 (I-84) Newburgh/Beacon
- Follow signs
to I-84 East and go over the Hudson River
- Take I-84 East
to Exit 16N (Taconic Pkway north to Albany)
- Go c. 6 miles
to Noxon exit.
- Turn left onto County Rte. 21.
- Turn right at stop sign to continue on County Rte. 21.
- Turn right on
Lauer Rd. and go c. 1/4 mi.
- Sign for Farm
and Creamery on right.
- Parking available
at top of hill to the right.
FROM POINTS NORTH
- Taconic Parkway
south
- Exit at Rte.
55 West (Poughkeepsie)
- Stay on Rte. 55 West for c. 1/2 mile.
- Proceed through stoplight by Mobil station
- Turn Left on Lauer Rd. and go c. 1.5 mi.
- Sign for Farm and Creamery on left
- Parking available at top of hill to the right.
FROM POINTS EAST
- I-84 West (Newburgh)
to Taconic Pkway North (Albany)
- Taconic Pkway
North to Rte. 55 West (Poughkeepsie)
- Stay on Rte. 55 West for c. 1/2 mile.
- Proceed through stoplight by Mobil station
- Turn Left on Lauer Rd. and go c. 1.5 mi.
- Sign for Farm and Creamery on left
- Parking available at top of hill to the right.
FROM POINTS WEST
- Take I-84 East
- Go over the Hudson
River
- Take I-84 East to Exit 16N (Taconic Pkway north to Albany)

Also note that several exits that cross the median on the Taconic Parkway
have been permanently closed. The above directions reflect this change.

What
to do in the area:
The Hudson Valley is one of the more scenic parts of New York rich in
history, culture and beautiful landscapes. The Hudson Valley is home to
several mansions on the shores of the Hudson River that are open to the
public. See the Vanderbilt Mansion, The Roosevelt Home and Library Museum,
Valkill (Eleanor Roosevelt's own mansion), Mill's Mansion, and many others.
The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) also calls the area home. Tours
are available with reservations (845.452.9600) and their cafe is open
to the public and requires no reservation. Their four restaurants are
world-renowned and require a reservation in advance. (845.471.6608 or
